For e-bikes, a driver’s license is typically not required. However, for e-scooter rentals, a valid driver’s license or novice license is necessary. Learners are not permitted to rent e-scooters. Additionally, an International Driver’s Permit is required for licenses that do not meet Canadian standards

Yes, reservations can be made through our reservations page. While walk-ins are welcome, especially on weekdays, we recommend making reservations for weekends due to higher demand
Yes, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancel anytime before 24 hours prior your pickup and you get a full refund.
Yes, users must be 16 years of age or older to rent and operate e-scooters & e-bikes in Vancouver, as per provincial requirements, but 14 years old is the minimum age for ‘light’ e bikes
E-scooters are limited to a maximum speed of 25km/hr to ensure safety and compatibility with other wheeled users, like cyclists
Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for both e-bike and e-scooter riders to enhance safety. This is a requirement by the Province for electric kick scooters
No, riding e-scooters & e-bikes on sidewalks is prohibited to ensure the safety of pedestrians. Violating this rule may result in a fine
Yes, the e-scooters must have a motor that does not exceed a speed of 25km/hr, a motor power output not exceeding 500 watts, a braking system, and lights if operating between sunset and sunrise
Ensure that the brakes, bell, and lights are functioning properly. It’s also advisable to be familiar with the device and practice signaling
E-scooters can be used on protected cycle lanes and all streets with a posted speed limit of 50km/hr or less in Vancouver. Riding on sidewalks and certain pedestrian areas is not allowed
Rentals can be made through our website or by visiting our rental locations in person. We do not offer street rentals, so you’d need to visit a store
Return instructions will be provided at the time of rental. Typically, you’ll return the device to the same location from where it was rented.
