For e-bikes, a driver’s license is typically not required. However, for e-scooter rentals, a valid driver’s license or novice license is necessary. Learners are not permitted to rent e-scooters. Additionally, an International Driver’s Permit is required for licenses that do not meet Canadian standards
Yes, users must be 16 years of age or older to rent and operate e-scooters & e-bikes in Vancouver, as per provincial requirements, and 14 years old is the minimum age for ‘light’ e bikes
Yes, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancel anytime before 24 hours prior your pickup and you get a full refund.
